Working principle:
The ultrasonic welding machine converts 50/60Hz current into high-frequency alternating current through an ultrasonic generator, and inputs this energy into the ultrasonic transducer to generate mechanical motion of the same frequency. The mechanical motion is transmitted to the ultrasonic welding head through the amplitude modulator device, and the welding head transfers the received vibration energy to the joint of the workpiece to be welded. In this area, energy is converted into thermal energy through friction, melting the plastic. The brief pressure maintained on the workpiece after the vibration stops solidifies the two welded parts in a molecular linking manner. The welding time is generally less than 1 second, and the obtained welding strength can be comparable to the body.
